Salvation Message
PART 1: THE END TIME AND COMING TRIBULATION: THE GREAT TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD.
THE RAPTURE: Jesus Christ will return to earth to gather his followers to heaven; this is known as the rapture. Then there shall be great tribulation.
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord” (1 Thessalonians 4: 16-17).
“And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered” (Joel 2: 30-32).
“And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever” (Daniel 12: 1-3).
The Gospel of Matthew:
“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure to the end, the same shall be saved” (Matthew 24: 11-13).
“Let him which is on the house top not come down to take any thing out of his house. Neither let him which is in the field return to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!” (Matthew 24: 17-19).
“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be” (Matthew 24: 21).
“For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matthew 24: 27).
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matthew 24: 29-31).
“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only” (Matthew 24: 36).
“Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not hour your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24: 40-42).
The Gospel of Mark:
“And let him that is on the house top not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out his house. And let him that is in the field not turn back again for take up his garment. But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!” (Mark 13: 15-17).
“For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh shall be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days” (Mark 13: 19-20).
“For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect” (Mark 13: 22).
“But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light. And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven” (Mark 13: 24-27).
“”But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels who are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is” (Mark 13: 32-33).
The Revelation to John:
The apocalypse or destruction of the world and salvation of the righteous is described in the book of Revelation.
“And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them” (Revelation 9: 6).
PART 2: JESUS CHRIST IS COMING SOON. ARE YOU READY TO MEET HIM?
Who is Jesus Christ? “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. But he that believeth not is condemned already, shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth in him” (John 3: 16, 18, 36).
Jesus Christ (i) is the bread of life; he that comes to him shall never hunger and he that believes in him shall never thirst. He that believeth in Jesus Christ has everlasting life and out his belly shall flow rivers of living water (John 3: 35, 47; 7:38); (ii) is the light of the world; he that followeth him shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life (John 8: 12); (iii) is the resurrection, and the life; he that believeth in Him, shall live and never die (John 11: 25-26); (iv) is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, the first and the last (Revelation 1: 8, 11; 22:13); (v) has the keys of hell and of death (Revelation 1: 17-18); (vi) is the “King of kings, and Lord of lords” (Revelation 19: 16).
HELL IS REAL: “And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as a smoke of a furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit” (Revelation 9: 2). “He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone. And the smoke of the torment ascendeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever received the mark of his name (Revelation 14: 10-11).
HEAVEN IS REAL: “They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of water: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes” (Revelation 7: 16-17). “The street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass. And the gates of it shall not shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And there shall in no wise enter it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life” (Revelation 21: 21, 25, 27).
SALVATION IS ONLY THROUGH JESUS CHRIST: Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14: 6). Be born again because except a person is born again he or she cannot see enter into the kingdom of God (John 3: 3, 5). “That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believed unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10: 9-10).
Obey God’s commandments and avoid the works of the flesh: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatory, withcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, vain glory and such like things which shall not inherit the kingdom of God. Rather embrace the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance (Galatians 5: 19-26).
Love one another, forgive people who hurt you, and be good to your enemies. “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly will also forgive you. For if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses” (Matthew 6: 14-15). “Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitely use you, and persecute you” (Matthew 5:44). “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you” (Ephesians 4:32). Jesus Christ is love and forgiveness.
SALVATION IS BY GOD’S GRACE: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast (Ephesians 2: 8-9).
God created everyone in his own image, loves everybody, and wants everyone to make heaven instead of hell. God has no pleasure in the death of his children but that his children turn from their sinful way (Ezekiel 33: 11-19). Ask for forgiveness of your sins. No matter how bad your sins, God loves you and will forgive your sins if you sincerely ask for forgiveness. The Lord saith: “though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool” (Isaiah 1: 18).
SALVATION BENEFITS: “To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God (Revelation 2: 7). “He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before His angels (Revelation 3: 5). “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son” (Revelation 21: 7).
BE BORN AGAIN: “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God” (John 3: 3, 5). “That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believed unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10: 9-10).
SALVATION PRAYER: Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God and that you died for me. Please Lord Jesus, come into my heart and live your life in me; be my Lord and Savior and forgive me of all my sins. Cleanse me with your precious blood and take control of every area of my life. Lord Jesus, please fill me with your Holy Spirit to teach me your Holy truth from this day and bless me to be used for your glory. Lord Jesus, help me to love, serve, and obey you all the days of my life and help me to make a difference in the life of others in the name of Jesus. Amen.
JESUS CHRIST COMES WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT: ”Watch therefore: for ye know not the hour your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24: 42). “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walked naked, and they see his shame (Revelation 16: 15). “Behold, I come quickly” (Revelation 22:7). “And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be (Revelation 22: 12). “Surely I come quickly” (Revelation 22: 20). “Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou has, that no man take thy crown (Revelation 3: 11).
WHAT IS YOUR CHOICE? Do you want to be in hell where you will be tormented with fire and brimstone forever or heaven where the street is pure gold, and there is no death, hunger, thirst, sorrow, crying, or pain for eternity?
“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live” (Deuteronomy 30: 19).
Give your life to Jesus Christ and reject the devil. Is your name written in the Lamb’s book of life?
Pass on the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ to everyone – your family members, friends, co-workers, and strangers.
The grace, mercy, and peace of Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
THE RAPTURE: Jesus Christ will return to earth to gather his followers to heaven; this is known as the rapture. Then there shall be great tribulation.
